Job Description

Job Summary We are looking to hire a part-time in-office administrative assistant to work 10-20 hours a week in the mornings to help mail letters. We mail prospective new clients every day who may need to sell their house, and we would like you to mail-merge them, print them, stuff them, and drop them in the mailbox. That's it! It's a very simple role, but it's important to get done, because that's how homeowners call us to talk about selling their home. You'll prepare about 10 letters an hour to go out before the mail cut-off time of 3pm each day. Entry-level position. No training required. Simple, repeatable desk work in our office. We look forward to making this a peaceful role where you enjoy coming to work every day to mail personalized new-client lead-generation letters like clockwork. Responsibilities Download new expired listings and for-sale-by-owners Cross-check the mailing address for the owner on the deed Mail-merge the letter and the corresponding listing printout Print the letter, sign it, fold, and insert into the envelope Handwrite the mailing address on the envelope Track it all so we know what was mailed and when Drop the letters off at the nearby post office before 3pm Qualifications Ability to work 2-4 hours a day in our office Ability to work Monday - Friday daytime (flexible hours) Can commit to the role for at least 3 months Experience working in an office environment previously
