Job Description
Experienced FNP or PA Lakeside & Show Low, AZ Provide same-day care in a rewarding full-time role with no call, treating patients in scenic, community-focused clinics across the White Mountains. This position is ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing a wide variety of acute conditions, and value the autonomy to practice independently while supported by a collaborative team. Compensation & Benefits + $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

+ Outpatient same-day/walk-in care
+ MondaySaturday, 8am6pm (Closed Sundays) + 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
+ No call
+ On-site imaging
+ Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists Qualifications
+ FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority
+ National certification ( AANP , ANCC , or NCCPA ) and current BLS
+ Minimum 1 year of recent experience in same-day, urgent care, or family practice required
+ Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages
