Responsibilities Perform thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and alignment adjustments with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components. Repair or replace automotive electrical systems, including sensors, wiring harnesses, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs on GM vehicles or similar models. Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and timelines. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and uphold high-quality standards in automotive repair. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Dealership experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with manufacturer-specific procedures. Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and vehicle maintenance protocols. Hands-on experience working with Schematics for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and other automotive service tools. Ability to diagnose complex problems using automotive diagnostics software effectively. Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients about repairs. Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
