The RoleKyra s Bake Shop is looking for a dependable Baker to support daily gluten-free production in a fast-paced bakery caf environment.

This is a hands-on production role focused on baking execution, prep, organization, and consistency. Bakers work closely with the production team to help maintain the quality and standards Kyra s is known for.

Typical shifts begin early in the morning.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare doughs, batters, fillings, and baked goods according to recipe standardsSupport daily production and prepAssist with pastry finishing and assemblyMonitor product quality and consistencyMaintain clean and organized workstationsFollow sanitation and allergen safety standardsSupport smooth kitchen workflow and communicationAssist with ingredient organization and stockingQualificationsBaking or kitchen experience preferredStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work cleanly and efficientlyComfortable working early morningsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetInterest in learning and growing within a production environmentGluten-free baking experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
