TM You will work with a master baker and learn to make Hank's iconic cheesecakes, carrot cake, and other desserts. Tremendous career opportunity. Responsibilities This is a physical job. You must be able to lift and move 50 pound sacks of ingredients, 30 lb boxes of cream cheese, sheet pans loaded with cakes, etc. Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use Weigh ingredients to prepare batter. Skills Experience as a Baker (or willingness to learn). Understanding of food safety practices (or willingness to learn). Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude Certification from a culinary school is a plus, but not required.
