Duties Make handmade/homemade bread and goodies ensuring visual appeal and quality standards are met Prepare a variety of baked goods, desserts, and other culinary items following established recipes and safety protocols Package finished products neatly and efficiently for retail display or catering orders Assist in food production tasks, including mixing, assembling, and finishing baked items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to uphold food safety standards Support catering events by preparing specialty items and ensuring timely delivery Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations Requirements Proven experience in baking, pastry arts with a strong portfolio of work Knowledge of food handling procedures and adherence to food safety regulations Skilled in food preparation techniques including knife skills, cooking, and baking methods Previous experience working in a restaurant, catering, or food production environment is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction Culinary experience with proficiency in kitchen equipment and tools used for baking and food prep Join us as a full time baker and turn your culinary talents into memorable experiences for our customers!
