Resp. for prod.: ingr. sel., freezing & packing. Ensure demand met w/o waste, maintain qual., food safety & GMP. Coord. audits, mat. purchase & cost control. Req.: HS Diploma, 36 mo bakery exp. (baker/supervisor), recipes (cheese, brioche, sourdough), freezing tunnels, Braz. ovens & fermentation chambers, pre-baked stuffed bread =24mo shelf life. Team lead, train staff. Eng. int., Portuguese flu.
