Perform transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and other account services. Answer questions, solve problems, and connect customers to the right products or services to meet their needs. Provide "WOW" customer service that exceeds expectations. Work collaboratively with your team while also managing independent tasks. What We're Looking For Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service skills. Previous CSR and/or cash-handling experience helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person. Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality. Strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Dependable, flexible, professional, and calm under pressure. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable with basic math skills and interpreting written and verbal instructions. Personality Traits Passion for creating a positive customer experience. Willingness to take initiative and solve problems. Independent, resourceful, and adaptable. A team player with a caring and approachable attitude. Education/Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Valid driver's license required.
