Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Asphalt Leader to oversee and coordinate asphalt repair projects from start to finish. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with extensive on-site experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As an essential part of our team, you will manage daily operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety and efficiency on all asphalt-related projects. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, paving techniques, and construction processes will drive project success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards Operate and oversee heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, etc. to facilitate efficient project execution Coordinate the use of Asphalt construction machinery Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly Experience Proven experience in asphalt paving leadership or a similar construction supervisory role with a focus on asphalt projects Join our team as an Experienced Asphalt Leader where your expertise will shape successful projects while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
