Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable people to join our dynamic painting and renovation team. Looking to train and help build skills in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint coatings, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise gained over time will help transform clients spaces, raise their vibe, and ensure quality on every project. Responsibilities and requirements Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primer, paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment (including airless paint sprayers), and other hand tools. Use hand tools such as, putty knives, caulking guns, and power tools to complete surface preparation and finishing tasks. Perform plastering, stucco application, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry to create smooth surfaces ready for painting. Conduct surface repairs including caulking, patching holes or cracks, and restoring damaged areas during renovation projects. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards on construction sites. Assist with assessing project materials and time requirements when needed.
