Banquet Manager Luxury Resort | Florida Keys Area

About the Role A high-end luxury resort in the Florida Keys area is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead banquet and event operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings . This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a large-scale, multi-venue banquet operation with a focus on quality, service execution, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute banquet events including weddings, corporate events, and private functions Lead and manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling Ensure high-level service standards, including synchronized and à la minute service (parading experience preferred) Collaborate with culinary and sales teams to deliver seamless event execution Interact with guests and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Oversee daily banquet operations across multiple venues/outlets Manage labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications 5+ years of food & beverage management experience Experience in a luxury resort or upscale hospitality environment required Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented events Proficient in Microsoft Office ; experience with event software preferred Fluent in English ; Spanish is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available) Professional Standards No visible hand, neck, or face tattoos No facial piercings Why Join Work in a premier destination environment in the Florida Keys Join a team focused on high-end events and exceptional service Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Apply Today If you have a passion for hospitality and a track record of success in banquet operations, we encourage you to apply.
