Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience Perform client consultations to understand needs and preferences Deliver high-quality services based on client expectations Maintain strict sanitation standards; ensure all tools and workstations are clean and sterilized Recommend appropriate products and services based on client needs Upsell retail items (hair care, skincare, cosmetics) to enhance client results and drive revenue Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times
