Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation and food handling tasks in accordance with food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic retail math Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving and food delivery Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within cafés or retail environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Effective time management to handle multiple orders smoothly during peak hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and preparation techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
