Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with food safety in mind Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza options and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Follow food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Requirements Prior experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles preferred, with knowledge of food handling standards Proven culinary experience, especially in pizza preparation or fine dining environments Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings within the food industry is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
