Barista

Exit 11 Coffee is one of the only drive-thru coffee in the area serving many homemade, fresh, clean, organic food and drink options . We're looking for baristas who care about what they serve, take pride in quality ingredients, and want to do things the right way — even when it's busy. We serve award-winning, locally roasted organic coffee using traditional Italian espresso equipment . This is not a relaxed café environment. We work with focus, consistency, and purpose as a team.

Pay:

$18-$23/hour Training will begin at a slightly lower rate until you are certified. Prior coffee experience is not required — willingness to learn and care about quality is.
