Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist skilled in hospital pharmacy practice, with potential for permanent placement. The position requires a licensed Missouri Pharmacist experienced in hospital settings to support night shift operations.

12:00 noon to 10:30 pm

Rotation:

7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday)

Shift:

Primarily night shift coverage

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily tasks Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring as needed Consult and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Valid Missouri Pharmacist license Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred Familiarity with EPIC and Omnicell systems is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently during shift hours This role supports a 250-bed hospital and utilizes advanced IT platforms including EPIC and Omnicell.
