Whether you're brand new to coffee or already experienced behind the bar, we're looking for dependable, positive team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in their craft. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care Deliver warm, genuine customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently Restock inventory and assist with opening/closing responsibilities Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming café experience Who We're Looking For Entry-Level Baristas No experience required — we're happy to train the right person Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experienced Baristas 1+ year of café or specialty coffee experience preferred Comfortable dialing in espresso and steaming milk consistently Strong workflow, hospitality, and multitasking skills Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Baker / Food Prep Experience in baking, kitchen prep, or food handling preferred Prepare pastries, sandwiches, and menu items according to quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace Follow proper food handling and storage procedures Requirements Must be 18+ years old Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + pooled tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on drinks and merchandise Supportive, team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities into shift lead and management roles as the café expands
