Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following strict food safety and food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to promote safety while providing attentive customer service. Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering or banquet events, ensuring seamless service during large parties or special occasions. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, managing cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness simultaneously. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus for managing larger events smoothly. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service.
