Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment. Manage POS systen TOAST to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during events like banquets or catering functions. Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing multiple orders while maintaining excellent customer service. Support nightclub or event operations by setting up, breaking down, and ensuring smooth service flow during high-volume periods. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order management. Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet settings. Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is a plus. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is beneficial but not required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support hospitality operations.
