Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of beverage preparation and serving. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and supplies; restock as needed while adhering to responsible serving policies. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order management. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales, cash handling, and retail math concepts.
