Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments. Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving practices. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to prevent shortages. Skills Proven experience as a bartender with strong customer service skills. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
