• Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Interact with patrons, take orders, and offer beverage recommendations
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Verify customers' identification to comply with legal drinking age regulations
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register efficiently
• Monitor customer behavior to enforce alcohol serving regulations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders accurately and promptly
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service

• Skills:

• Previous experience in bartending, preferably in banquet or catering environments
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry, various beverages, and bartending techniques
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, and cash handling procedures
• Ability to handle food safely following proper food handling protocols
• Basic understanding of retail math for billing, change-making, and inventory management
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of beers is advantageous
• Understanding of food service procedures and customer service principles
