Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether working in a lively nightclub, elegant fine dining setting, or bustling banquet hall, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering quality drinks and outstanding service with a smile. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in sales and billing. Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible serving practices in accordance with alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering events, banquets, or food service needs while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in food industry roles including serving, catering, or food service is advantageous.
