Bartender

We're seeking a skilled and creative bartender with extensive craft cocktail experience to join our team at Moonlight Liquor Lounge for 3 shifts a week. Fridays and Saturdays are a must. ##

Responsibilities:

• Help create and prepare innovative craft cocktails
• Help develop seasonal drink menus and specialty cocktails
• Educate customers about spirits, cocktail ingredients, and flavor profiles
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with premium and artisanal ingredients
• Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of cocktails
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Process payments and manage cash drawer
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service ##

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, with a focus on craft cocktails
• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails and contemporary mixology techniques
• Experience with infusions, house-made syrups, and advanced garnishing techniques are a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, and bitters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid alcohol service certification will be required after hiring.

BarSmarts certification to follow within 2 weeks of hiring. ##
