Job Overview •Year round employment only, seasonal positions are full• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our members have an enjoyable and memoriable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Must be 21 years old to pour liquor in the state of North Carolina. Greet and welcome members in a friendly and personal manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and kitchen spaces, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent guest relations at all times. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, specials, and restaurant policies. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant with bartending is encouraged. Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and team members. Experience with a POS systems is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
