Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Operate POS system/ register efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment. Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving food and beverages promptly while managing cash transactions accurately. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
