Bartender

Overview:

The Bartender role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The y play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly, efficient service and supporting team operations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food and b everages to guests according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar assigned , including equipment and glassware. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws. Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts. Handle transaction s accurately using point-of-sale systems. Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries or concerns. Follow safety, sanitation, and company pr ocedures at all times. Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar assigned . Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements At least 18 years of age or older . Work in varied weather conditions. Required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification. Must o btain and maintain Serv Safe Food Handlers C ertification . Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights , weekends, and holidays . Black slip
