Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing, payments, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of popular beverages Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by providing professional beverage service in accordance with event specifications Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours while demonstrating excellent time management skills Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations Experience working in fine dining settings or banquet environments is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order calculations Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous but not required Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
