What This Role Is All About As a Fundraising Sales Associate, you'll work alongside a team focused on creating awareness, driving engagement, and helping our nonprofit partners reach their fundraising goals through authentic, in-person outreach. Fundraising Sales Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities Help plan and execute tailored sales and marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility Represent nonprofit partners through direct, personalized conversations with potential donors Secure donations on behalf of our clients to help them reach and exceed campaign goals Handle confidential customer and donor information with care and professionalism Accept and manage cash and donation transactions accurately Create memorable customer experiences by sharing stories, impact, and real outcomes Work closely with Fundraising Sales Associate teammates to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance Areas of Training & Development Relationship-building and communication skills Donation handling and compliance Campaign execution and community engagement Professional growth and confidence development Qualities We're Looking for in a Fundraising Sales Associate Confident and comfortable talking with new people Excited about community involvement and nonprofit work Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable handling cash and donation transactions Able to perform basic math accurately Positive, motivated, and team-oriented Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required) Brand Ambassador, Marketing Representative, or Sales Associate experience Customer-facing roles in retail, hospitality, or events Public speaking or outreach experience Why New Heights Alabama?
