Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks when needed Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services in various settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or casual restaurants Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Culinary experience or background in food handling and sanitation standards is advantageous Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Experience with food industry safety protocols including food safety certifications is desirable Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
