We're a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar that thrives on great service, great drinks, and creating an unforgettable guest experience. If you love connecting with people, work well under pressure, and know how to keep the energy up behind the bar, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with speed and consistency Deliver an engaging, guest-first experience in a high-volume environment Take food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining strong menu knowledge Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and service-ready at all times Follow all alcohol service and safety standards Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service flowing smoothly Help create a fun, upbeat atmosphere for guests and staff alike What We're Looking For 1+ year bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service Positive attitude with strong communication and people skills Team player mentality with reliable work ethic Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays TIPS/ServSafe certification is a plus Why Join Basement Burger Bar?
