In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, maintain high standards of beverage quality, inventory control and uphold safety and cleanliness protocols. Your leadership will drive a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure efficient service in a hospitality environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver memorable moments for our guests. Drug free work environment and must be able to pass random drug testing. Responsibilities Supervise daily bar operations, beverage preparation, service, and cleanliness Lead, train, and develop bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction Oversee cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions Qualifications Proven experience in beverage service Knowledge of POS systems; cash handling expertise required Familiarity with inventory control, safety standards, and management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Leadership experience in hospitality Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in bar tending Must be able to pass random drug testing and work in a drug free environment Join us as a Bar Supervisor where your leadership will elevate our team's performance while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
