Job description seeking personable and creative individuals to maintain and elevate an existing cocktail program, waiters Interested individuals should possess two years minimum creating high-end cocktails. Must have an understanding of the intricacies of mixology. and a knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers. The knowledge of classic cocktails is a must, as well as food (from cooking processes and so on). Able to multitask as carrying a conversation and executing orders
