Responsibilities and Duties Clinical Support (Supervised by BCBA) Provide direct client supervision and behavior support as assigned by the supervising BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity Collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately and consistently Support skill acquisition programs across communication, adaptive, social, and functional domains Participate in client progress reviews, treatment plan discussions, and team meetings Assist with caregiver training and modeling of behavior support strategies as directed Clinic Operations Lead Communication and Caregiver Coordination Manage the caregiver phone line, ensuring timely and professional daily communication with families Draft and coordinate incident reports with accuracy and appropriate urgency Serve as a liaison between caregivers and the clinical team for routine operational matters Clinic Organization and Purchasing Maintain clinic organization and ensure materials, reinforcers, and supplies are stocked and accessible Submit and track purchase requests in coordination with Clinic Directors Conduct regular inventory checks and proactively identify operational supply needs Documentation and Team Attendance Oversee operational implementation of team attendance tracking and follow-up on concerns Support accurate and timely documentation practices across the clinical team Flag and escalate documentation discrepancies to Clinic Directors or BCBAs as appropriate Reinforcement and Team Initiatives Collaborate with Clinic Directors and BCBAs to coordinate reinforcement systems and motivational strategies for the clinical team Support the planning and implementation of team-building and morale initiatives Contribute ideas and energy toward a positive, cohesive clinic culture Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in a dual-focus role supporting both clinical service delivery and day-to-day clinic operations. This position is uniquely suited for a BCaBA who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about both direct clinical impact and building a strong, well-functioning clinic culture. Under the direction of a supervising BCBA, you will contribute to individualized client programming and behavior support while also serving as a key operational resource for our clinical team — helping to ensure smooth, consistent, and well-documented clinic functioning. K1ds Count Therapy is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our multi-disciplinary team at K1ds Count Therapy in Zionsville/Whitestown! K1ds Count Therapy is an Indiana-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing behavior analytic services since 2014. Join a team of 30 behavior analysts serving our centers in Brownsburg, Carmel, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville as well as area schools. K1ds Count Therapy has state-of-the-art facilities with large classrooms, gyms, and acres of playground and green space.
