Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic behavioral support role for the 2026-27 school year, working full-time across several nearby high schools in the Acton, CA area. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate closely with school psychologists and administrative teams while making a meaningful difference with students. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), collect data through observations, design targeted interventions, and develop meaningful Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Serving an itinerant caseload, you'll provide essential support for diverse high school populations, particularly students with emotional disturbances. This position is ideal for professionals skilled in crisis intervention and de-escalation, seeking to enhance student outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment. Candidates who possess a deep understanding of school-based ABA, a current BACB license, and at least one year of schools experience—especially with ED populations—will thrive in this setting. Reliable transportation, excellent communication, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.
