Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a significant impact in a school environment, supporting students with severe disabilities and autism as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity is based onsite and focuses on providing behavioral assessment and support services for students ages 2-22. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing behavioral interventions and collaborating with educational staff to help students thrive.
What You'll Bring:
Valid, active BCBA licensure/certification for Delaware (DE) Experience in a school-based setting as a BCBA, especially with severe disabilities and autism Strong background in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and participation on a crisis response team Proven expertise conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and crafting Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Collaboration skills to support IEP process and behavior goal development Comfort working onsite full time, Monday through
Friday Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral support and guidance to students and educational staff Participate in crisis response and de-escalation as needed Conduct detailed FBAs and write tailored BSPs for assigned students Collaborate with team members to integrate behavioral strategies into IEPs Lead and support efforts in collecting, analyzing, and using behavioral data Foster proactive, positive behavior supports throughout the learning environment

This position requires onsite presence for the 26/27 school year (37.5 hours/week) Interview will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
