Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting students through applied behavior analysis in a contract position close to North Haven, CT. Use your skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help shape positive outcomes and deliver life-changing interventions within an educational setting.
Skills & Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in schools or educational environments preferred Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Compassionate, patient, and adaptable communication skills Familiarity with writing and updating behavior intervention plansYour Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention strategies Train and mentor staff on best ABA practices Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals Keep documentation up-to-date in line with district and state requirements Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders This is a contract opportunity for those passionate about guiding and supporting students' academic and social growth through behavioral expertise.
