Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an exciting opportunity where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a lasting difference in educational environments. This contract role invites you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and support positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and the ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention strategies Create, monitor, and adjust individualized education and behavior intervention plans Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing evidence-based strategies Collect and analyze data on student progress, providing actionable recommendations for continued improvement Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as an integral member of the student support team Stay updated with current research, maintaining adherence to best practices and compliance requirements This contract role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a supportive, mission-driven environment dedicated to fostering student growth and inclusion.
