Residential Counselor overnight Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. As a Residential Counselor, you ll: Work an awake overnight position Closely supervise and continuously monitor the health, safety, and well-being of each student during the overnight hours. Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent, must be 18 years of age Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver s License + Personal Vehicle CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)

training•Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
