BCBA School Behavior Specialist Contractor -HYBRID, PART TIME, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE (5-10 hours/week)

Pediatric Psych Services' school consultation team is dedicated to providing high-quality school psychology and special education consultation services to charter and private schools. Our team is looking to add a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our partnering schools with expertise in behavior interventions, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), IEP/BIP implementation, staff trainings and/or consultation for new Fed Setting 3 classroom programs. New BCBA team member will also likely have opportunities to consult on MTSS systems for behavior intervention supports and data collection. We are a small but mighty team of highly motivated self-starters who work independently, benefit from a flexible schedule and possess the time management and communication skills necessary to manage schedule flexibility and timely work completion while making sure our schools feel like a priority. Hours/times of work are flexible and work will be offered on a project-by-project basis. Many of our team members work with a district slightly less than full time and work with our team 1-2 days/week and/or enjoy part time flexibility while balancing family life. School hour availability needed for observations/teacher consultations/meetings but writing can be done from home outside of school hours/times. All time spent (on site or off) paid at your regular hourly rate. This is an Independent Contractor Position (1099).
