Duties Greet guests warmly, providing information about beach amenities, activities, and safety guidelines Monitor beach areas to ensure guest safety, including lifeguard responsibilities if certified Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors Assist guests with equipment rentals, food service orders, and guest inquiries Manage cash handling for rentals, concessions, or activity fees with accuracy and integrity Organize and oversee beach events or activities such as games, competitions, or themed gatherings Handle conflicts or disputes promptly with professionalism and conflict management skills Maintain cleanliness of the beach area by collecting trash and ensuring facilities are tidy Engage in public speaking when promoting resort events or safety instructions to groups or individuals Work with children during supervised activities or entertainment programs to ensure fun and safety Experience Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is highly desirable Lifeguard experience with current certification is preferred; training opportunities available for qualified candidates Background in event management or organizing recreational activities is a plus Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings enhances your ability to connect with younger guests Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality environments is beneficial Comfortable engaging in public speaking or leading group activities in outdoor settings This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy creating positive experiences by the water.
