This role is perfect for candidates with prior experience in healthcare and childcare settings or those currently credentialed as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and long-term growth. Job Description As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children or individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will help implement behavior plans, collect data, and support clients in building skills that make a positive impact on their daily lives.
