Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support residents and staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Oversee and implement personalized care plans per medical and professional guidelines.

• Train and mentor staff on proper caregiving procedures and company policies.

Manage resident finances, home operations, and ensure all purchases are accounted for. Maintain open communication with doctors, guardians, and community mental health agencies. Schedule and conduct staff meetings, ensuring a well-organized and supported team. Ensure dietary needs and medical requirements are met for all residents. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving (required). ✅ Leadership or management experience (required). ✅ Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and create a positive team atmosphere. ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills. ✅ Must obtain an FBI Fingerprint Check, CPR, First Aid, TB Test, Physical , and complete required training within 30 days of hire. ✅ A valid driver's license is required.
