Carolina ABA is Hiring - Join Our Growing Team Carolina ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians in the Buford and Lancaster, SC areas to provide ABA therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Whether you are already certified or looking to begin your ABA career, we offer opportunities for compassionate and dependable individuals who want to make a meaningful impact. Open Positions Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Behavior Technician (Training Provided) Locations Buford, SC Lancaster, SC Surrounding areas Start Date July 1, 2026
Compensation Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy services to children Implement individualized treatment plans Collect accurate behavioral data and session notes Work collaboratively with BCBAs and caregivers Maintain professionalism and dependable attendance Support positive client outcomes through consistent care
QualificationsFor RBT Applicants:
Active RBT certification required
For Behavior Technician Applicants:
Training provided for qualified candidates; must become RBT certified by your 90th day of employment.
