As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Compensation:
$18
  • $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces. Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
Qualifications:
Active, hands-on approach to work — you'll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum
