Now hiring for the day shift (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm), the evening shift (3pm-11pm) and the night shift (11pm-7am). Must have a valid driver's license! ➢ What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.) Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures ➢ What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and CPR certification required If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles ➢ Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our expansive building is newly renovated, modern and appealing, offering an array of amenities and a true hotel-like experience. Set on 7.74 acres of picturesque and secluded property, Avenues at Eastern Shore provides the ideal setting for clients to heal, re-connect and re-discover themselves. Our multidisciplinary staff include therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians who are trained in all key therapeutic modalities
