PM Job Descriptions:

The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services (BHS) supervisor. You will provide documentation of clinical services provided and provide clinical summaries and updates to the facility's behavioral health supervisor for youth's treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed need. Provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. Provide clinical summaries and reports of youth progress or barriers to progress. Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation. Collaborate closely with BHS to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT). About our
