You will work one-on-one with individuals to help them replace challenging behaviors with positive social skills. You don't need to be an expert on day one; you'll work under the guidance of our Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs). What You'll Do Work as a

Team Player:

Collaborate with the team too implement behavior support plans (BSP) and Outcome Plans (OPs) created by the QIDPs. Time will be spent with the individuals in their homes, at their jobs and at the Welles Career Center. Follow the

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Requirements:
