Probationary; Range B- Job Description Professionals in this position will recruit students to the new Bell engineering program (based at Iron Range Engineering in Virginia, MN), lead on-campus activities while students are taking part in the 5-month on-site intensive training period (the Bell Academy), mentor and facilitate the professional and design development of the student engineers while they are on-campus and on co-op placement, and liaison with industries (nation-wide) that employ the co-op students.
