• Duties:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon their arrival
• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services
• Offer assistance with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area to enhance the overall guest experience
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest transitions

• Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in a hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest interactions
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is advantageous
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist a wider range of guests
